MIMMO & ENZO

Friends, Mimmo and Enzo, come from towns located on
the outskirts of the wonderful city of Napoli, famous for
being the birthplace of pizza. Mimmo grew up in the
seaside town of Monte di Procida, beautifully located on
a hill across the sea from the islands of Procida, Ischia,
and Capri. Enzo’s home was the town of Fusaro, known
for its Vanvitelli architecture and nestled between the
ancient Roman cities of Bacoli and Cuma.

If you ask Mimmo and Enzo what is the most important thing
for themselves and the people of Napoli, they will answer
without hesitation—Food and Family. After learning the family
secrets from the many great cooks at family gatherings and
serving in the Italian and US food industry for many years,
they decided to collaborate to bring their love and
knowledge of food together to start a culinary experience.
This dream was realized in Pollo Pizza Pasta, an Italian
restaurant known in the area for the good southern Italian
food, the reasonable prices, and the unique Neapolitan/
New York atmosphere where food, friends and family
melt together.
